Before School:
Our center opens at 6:00 a.m. When parents bring in their child(ren) they must sign in on an attendance sheet each day.
Breakfast is served between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. Children may bring their breakfast in with them if preferred.
Morning activities include: homework, computer, puzzles, games, reading and interaction with other children, or playing outdoors (weather permitting) until the school bus picks up or PreSchool begins.
After School:
When the children from the Wright City Schools get off the bus, the staff at Open Hearts will take attendance, then the children will wash up for snack time. It will consist of a nutritious snack and drink.
Afternoon activities include: homework, computer, crafts, games, puzzles, or outdoor play (weather permitting).
When your child(ren) leave for the day, a parent or guardian must sign their child out on an attendance sheet. All children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
PreSchool
Playtime, learning alphabet, numbers, shapes, calendar, doing crafts, story time. We will have a morning and afternoon snack .
When dropping off and picking up, parents must sign an attendance sheet.
